Job title: Team Administrator

Salary:  £17,000

Hours: 30 per week

Location: Grangemouth with partial wfh option.

Start date: 1st February 2014

We’re looking for an administration superstar to work with us at our Grangemouth office. Demand for our services is growing rapidly and we need an administrator to assist the team in delivering accounting and tax solutions to our expanding portfolio of clients across our two brands - The Cloud Accounting Co and BroomeAffinity.

Duties will include:

Customer service is at the heart of everything we do so the successful applicant, as well as being super-organised, will be an excellent communicator. Our business is constantly evolving and the successful applicant will be expected to use skills they have learned in previous roles to improve the admininstration processes within our business.

Just as important as your skills is your "fit". We are a small team and sometimes we need to swap hats. A willingness to muck in and help with tasks that are not in your job description is vital.
